So High!

some days are bleak,
some days are blank,
some days full of excitement
some devoid of a single atom of fun.
then there are days when i get so high
and time stands still when i'm caught up in the clouds.

The present stands still and the past becomes oblique,
while the future rolls out in slow motion.
Making calculations become easier and it feels like i'm living life
at the speed of sound and the only thing that moves my soul
is the sound of sweet melody.

Blindness, such a wonder to not see but to feel.
Lost, caught up in the clouds.
feeling your way through the maze of memories and visions,
looking deep into the past and seeing clearly the visions of
the future in one's mind.
