This "Housecall" was in 91 the year of my birth.

Image
Photo credit: Google images I'm guessing not a lot of people born in the year 1991 would be familiar with the man in the picture above. But like we all know the world didn't start to exist in 1991, and some men have over the period of existence managed to survive as performing artists and musicians and "Shabba Ranks" is one of those men form Jamaica to have enjoyed world spotlight performing as a dancehall/raggaeton artist. But the song which brought him to our notice is titled "Housecall" featuring Maxi Priest. Photo credit: Google images Was watching MTV Base this afternoon when it came on and had to go source up a link to download and share with y'all. So like always here's a link for you to go download and enjoy Shabba Ranks "Housecall" featuring Maxi Priest. PLEASE BE SOCIABLE: LIKE, FOLLOW AND SHARE OUR POSTS Tweet Follow @SAGE_BEATS

It's "Young John the Wicked Producer"!!!

Image
Photo credit: Google images I used to have fantasies about being one of the best music producers that ever got produced from the Nigerian soil. (In fact I think I still do dream about having my name on the list of the top 5 best Nigerian producers of all time). Anyway its professional practice to commend colleagues who are at the top of their game and for me the best Nigerian music producer used to be the one and only Masterkraft on the beat. Photo credit: Google images Well that was up until I heard the incredible sounds of YBNL associate and producer "Young John the Wicked Producer". First with Olamide's "Story for the gods" and every other song since then bearing his trademark has just been beyond superb. Photo credit: Google images So here's a link for you to go download three of my favorite songs produced by fast rising Nigerian producer " Young John the Wicked Producer". Weirder than "Ugly kid joe" is the band Scissors sisters

Image
Photo credit: Google images First I had to listen to ugly kid joe sing and then I just couldn't ignore an even weirder band named "Scissors sisters" with a song titled "comfortably numb". Photo credit: Google images An American pop group formed in 2001. Forged in the "scuzzy gay nightlife scene of New york" the band took its name from the female same-sex sexual activity "tribadism". Photo credit: Google images so here's a link go download Scissors sisters "Comfortably Numb" PLEASE BE SOCIABLE: LIKE, FOLLOW AND SHARE OUR POSTS Tweet Follow @SAGE_BEATS

Photo credit: Google images And a little research about ugly kid joe revealed that they an American rock band from Isla Vista, California formed in 1987. Photo credit: Google images So here's a link go download and listen to the song "Cats in the cradle" the first song of the band "Ugly kid joe" I ever did listen to. When a girl sends you a link to go download a song.

Image
Photo credit: Google images So far in life, I've had a pleasant experience relating with most women and it is my experience that when a girl sends you a link to go download a song, you really should download and not just only listen but pay very close attention. Photo credit: Google images Because while the beat might be melodious and the lyrics sung rhythmically to the beat to make the song pop. She sent you a link not because she wants to share songs on her playlist but because there's some hidden messages in the song which she hopes you might be able to interpret and relate to whatever situation you both might share. Sometimes the messages might be so obvious, like a girl sending you the link to "Beyonce's Irreplaceable" or Dija's "Awww" or Nicki Minaj's "Bed of lies". Or it could be a more complicated song like Lordes "Royals", Ed Sheeran's "Thinking out loud" or Fela's "Army Arrang

Yemi Alade's "Taking Over Me" taking over my playlist.

Image
Photo credit: Google images I never really liked this song the first time I heard it and my hand was never too far from the skip button whenever it came on, on my playlist and I could barely tolerate listening to it when it gets played in public places where I have no control over what blares out of their speakers. But somehow today months after I first heard "Yemi Alade featuring Phyno" in a song titled "Taking Over me". This song like its title is "taking over me" and has been playing on repeat on my playlist for so long now I've lost count and it also has brought me out of my laziness to write and update this blog for sometime now. Photo credit: Google images So its all thanks to Yemi Alade and Phyno for the song titled "Taking over me" which is the fourth official single off of Yemi Alade's debut studio album titled "King of Queens".
