She sent you a link not because she wants to share songs on her playlist but because there's some hidden messages in the song which she hopes you might be able to interpret and relate to whatever situation you both might share. Sometimes the messages might be so obvious, like a girl sending you the link to "Beyonce's Irreplaceable" or Dija's "Awww" or Nicki Minaj's "Bed of lies". But somehow today months after I first heard "Yemi Alade featuring Phyno" in a song titled "Taking Over me". This song like its title is "taking over me" and has been playing on repeat on my playlist for so long now I've lost count and it also has brought me out of my laziness to write and update this blog for sometime now.
