It's Mothers versus the streets.

Before anything happens, mama always got my back. Praying steadfastly and dishing out advises as much as she dishes out food. Trying to make sure I get a good upbringing.

But every time I fall out into the streets, I got to be on my A game and there's no how mama can teach that.

Mama says be good child, trust God over everything, don't collect things from strangers, don't fight, don't bring me shame, make me proud to have you.

But the street demands to be respected and for its laws to be obeyed. The street says it's all about the money, you want something you pay for it, with the ultimate target being to get a stranger to part with his things. Walk the walk, talk the talk, hold ya head up and ball hard like the street ni**a.
