Miley Cyrus has always been one of them funny celebrities, not because of her jokes because we sure haven't heard her tell any.
But her personality speaks for her and it's a wrecking ball kinda personality. It's special.

And why I find her latest nude picture hilarious is beyond me. But with a heart on her ass I just had to crack up a grin for her efforts.
