August Alsina wakes up after 3 days Coma.

According to TMZ August Alsina who apparently fainted during a performance on stage at his "Testimony Live" tour in New york's Irving Plaza, is out of his Coma state after three days of unconsciousness.

August reportedly posted a gnarly picture of himself..... Thanking friends and family for their "prayers and concerns."
