She called me on my cellphone, told me how urgent it was for us to meet
and talk in person.
I was a bit worried, usually when someone says that it's urgent to talk it spells bad news.
"I hope everything's fine?" I asked concerned.
"All is well." She assured me.
So I made up my mind to hear what it was that was so urgent, and made plans to see her
same evening.

So we met at a Chinese restaurant, it has always been our favorite place,
the zen atmosphere, the quiet,the noodles and the chicken has always been the things we love
about meeting here.
She looked so beautiful with her hair held up in a bun at the back of her head
and her evening gown with the low cut, exposing just the right amount of cleavage.
And she didn't appear to be so bothered, her smile radiating and lighting up her face.
A bit wary, I complimented her on her looks and she smiled even more and appeared even more beautiful.
Making me take a self-conscious note to be a lot more cautious. I've never met a person who wanted to take time out to talk and appeared so cheerful.

"You wanted to tell me something?" I said casually after we had finished our meal and were
just sipping some tea.
"Yeah, I." she paused. " I wanted to talk about us."
Here it comes. I thought silently to myself.
She said to me. "Do you want to be the last man standing?"
" What?" I asked perplexed.
She said to me. "Do you want to be the one that them complimenting?"
"Do you want to be my man? Do you want to be my one and only love?"
