Quiet evening, sitting at the farthest corner of the room. Alone. The silence so loud you can hear only the sound of your breathing. Open a book, any book and read for just five minutes. If after five minutes you lose interest in the reading material go out and embrace the noise for a few minutes.

Phone calls, talking to a friend who understands and is very skilled at communicating thoughts and transferring knowledge. Talking to a girlfriend, and doing every thing within natural powers to make her laugh. It gladdens my heart when I succeed.
Talking about money, how to make more and most especially the conversations that leads to getting paid. Talking to my parents.
