Like a wave trapped in by a wall built around her, our problems keeps whirling and crashing about, waiting for us to create a channel where it can easily flow out steadily until it leaves us calm and settled.

But instead of addressing our troubling concerns, most times we write them off and continue as though nothing is amiss. Thereby creating a heavier wave more violent when it crashes against our barriers.

Soon enough, a day comes when the wall has taken too much beating and the river of concerns overflows beyond the walls that were meant to hold them still. And with nowhere to run, we stand and face the calamity we could only postpone but  could never make disappear.
