Somehow; I can never tell how it is decided who wakes up out of slumber and who doesn’t, neither can anybody else I imagine. My next thought is of you. God, I do hope you are alright, alive and well. I hope nothing I choose comes up to bite me in the ass later. It wouldn’t be the first time though, but I’ve learnt that it’s always safer and way better to be happy and contented about my choices than otherwise. Sometimes I wonder what you think about me, sometimes I wonder how well you think you know me. You say the damnedest things, your thoughts may not seem illogical, sometimes they even deserve some merit, but you never can communicate them without making it seem like I don't know what you are talking about. You tell me that I don't understand your worries, whereas I believe that I do. I hate that you don't trust me, I've waited years hoping that you will. Somehow I finally understood my position where you are concerned. You pull at me like a puppet on a string, and expect me to dance to the tune you play, still you show me no true commitment. I could wait, for you to be different, a bit more loyal and less paranoid, but I'm not sure if that's even possible. If wishes were roses, or gold jewelries and designer clothing, for some it still won't be enough. Dreams of luxury, visions of success. Why wish for another man's downfall or envy the kind of lifestyle he leads? There's a price which must be paid, and a disciplined sacrifice laid down over time. Still nothing changes unless someone does something to change it. Bottom line, there's no such thing as a life that's better than yours, all souls are made equals, to feel and to find their destiny. If truly you want it, there's no trick or magic involved, you have to go and get it. Master mind and study the path on which to tread, and lest you may stumble and fall into temptation, a stitch in time saves nine, penance and repentance all that is required. Longitude and latitude, altitude or depths, moving around as points on a compass pointing either North, South, East or West, and it's been said that everything is all about real estate, even in neighborhoods never to be envied. It's no post code envy, the address where I reside. The people that makes up the community, and the rulers of the neighborhood.  Everybody's like caskets of champagne, waterproof iPhones, nightclubs, karaoke bars and lounges. Shopping malls and hotels, gold chains and dreadlocks. Selfies that show just how much self absorbed the new generations are and policing that's just almost as evil as the crime they are supposedly fighting. Hope is lost on the government, and representatives are mostly representing their own interests. The unknown will always remain a mystery for some, while for others it poses the ultimate challenge, curiosity pounding on the door of their thoughts, reluctant to leave well enough alone. Once upon a time, ambitions were like wishes and just because you wish it to be it becomes real. Choices made carefully, and wisdom shared equally. Weep not for what is lost, but forge ahead to discover that which is worth more. Let not your heart be troubled, in time it will all be nothing but a sad memory but without new treasures to fill the void it will be the most painful history, for what was lost began a genesis of sorrows so great that they age and multiply by each day gone by. Mistakes made can be corrected, sins committed can be forgiven, repentance is a gift only to those whom really are sober, while temptations remain still, and it's just a matter of how long before again we fall into sin, but for the present time seek not the damning past but the glory of a future unk...
